Richard was able to pull off a sale that not any other agent in town could do!

Even the banks were working against him! HE IS UN BELIEVABLE! I would have bet he could not have finished this sale by Dec.31st but Superman did it! He is just my real estate guy nothing more but if you are serious about selling I used everyone in town this is the REAL DEAL!!!!!

RJ is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is very attentive and has excellent communications skills (very important to me). He was always available to answer any questions or help with anything I needed (He was available even at midnight following up with texts!)
